What are Phams?

Think of the pham system as a bigger, more exciting version of the "big/little" system. Each pham has 2-3 pham heads (officers), a kuya-ate pair, and a bunch of bunsos.

Kuyas/ates and bunsos are reshuffled every year to ensure the best environment to meet new people, step out of comfort zones, and make even more friends!

Pham Reveal

At the start of each semester, new and returning members are sorted into phams during Pham Reveal, which is a themed general meeting where everyone finds out who's in their pham for the year. Keep a look out on Instagram @tamuphilsa for the date!
